Note: due to the pandemic, the Olympics in Japan got postponed to 2021. 

Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean you cannot visit the country now. There will be plenty to do, once the Olympics are started, but what to do before that?

It is a traditional festival of welcoming the nature. People usually meet under the fine-looking cherry blossoms trees and drink sake, the rice wine of Japan. Wear a Kimono then and enjoy.

Who doesn’t remember the unfortunate day of 6th of August 1945? The USA dropped the nuke on Japan’s Hiroshima and Nagasaki. As a tribute to the children died on the ill-fated date, the Peace Memorial Park and Museum was built.
