Wine educator, Sharon Charny Woschitz, creator of ‘The ‘Popcork’ Experience™: Exploring Food and Wine Pairing’ guides you through an enlightening wine tasting experience. Discover how your palate and senses are heightened with each pairing.
Additionally, you’ll learn what makes wine organic.
Following the tasting, hop on a tram for a guided tour of the biodynamic vineyards of the Benziger Family Winery and return for a delightful four course meal highlighting local, seasonal ingredients paired with additional wines from the winery’s portfolio.
